So you already know that Today is the D-day for the most anticipated boxing match,the Mayweather versus Mcgregor fight titled the 'money fight'. You know it is no doubt going to go down as the most hyped and lucrative match in boxing history(even if you share a similar opinion with the boxing legend Lennox Lewis and think ''it's a farce to a certain degree''). And you also know that the two fighters come from two 'different worlds' as far as combat sports is concerned (Mcgregor a UFC fighter and Mayweather a boxer). The followings are a few other things you need to know about the upcoming contest. 

• Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor will face off in Las Vegas at approximately 8:55 p.m. Pacific time Saturday August 26, 2017.The fight will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, which lists a capacity of 20,000 for boxing

• There is an eleven years age difference between Floyd Mayweather a.k.a the 'Money' and  Conor Mcgregor a.k.a The 'Notorious' with Mayweather at 40 years old being the older of the two.
• Before retirement in 2015,Throughout his 49 match professional career, Mayweather had a record of zero loss winning 26 of his  fight by knockout.
• Mayweather is a five division champion who among other prestigious awards received was in 2016 ranked by ESPN as the greatest boxer, pound for pound, of the last 25 years.

Mayweather-Pacquiao attracted 4.6m PPV at an average price of $99, that equalled $455m. White is expecting around 4.9m buys for Mayweather-McGregor which would be $485m at $99 a pop..”
